Pool Service Technician

More than just a Job

As a Pool Service Technician, your day will be filled with various tasks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our clients' pools and spas. This includes:

· Servicing a growing route with exceptional customer service.

· Brushing, sweeping, and vacuuming pool and spa interiors.

· Balancing chemicals and cleaning skimmers, pump baskets, and filters.

· Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment.

· Securing pool systems and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area.

Performance Expectations:

· Service at least 10 pools per day.

· Aim for 5-star customer reviews and actively seek new customers.

· Participate in our referral program and seize bonus opportunities through new account acquisition and high review scores.

Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Responsibilities

· To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.

· Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.

· Provide professional pool & spa cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.

· Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment, including vehicle presentation, adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.

· Maintain and service the motor vehicle and pool care equipment. Report vehicle maintenance needed.

· Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain a stock register and required tools to undertake services.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.

· Attend all training sessions, staff meetings, and activities as requested to remain up to date on all innovations in the business so that the service provided is always "best practice".

· Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.

· Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults.

· Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities.

What You’ll Need

· Mon-Fri show up between 6:30AM-7:30AM, Occasional Saturdays when there are major holidays midweek.

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years, 21 years of age

· Pass a Background Check and Drug Test

· Provide the Department of Motor Vehicle's record if selected for an interview.

· Ability to lift or carry up to 50 LBS

· Be proficient in computer and smartphone use.

· Be able to communicate well with clients and fellow workers.

· Comfortable working as a team member that helps and supports one another.

· Excellent problem-solving skills ability.

· Ability to work overtime as needed.

· Self-motivated

· Reliable

· Good attendance record
