Your Opportunity: Be a Key Player in Music Release Operations
As a Physical Release Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our physical music release process. You'll gather essential assets, manage stock orders, coordinate manufacturing, and ensure timely delivery of products. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your organizational skills with your love for music and work in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Asset Management: Collect and organize assets for preorders and new releases, including artwork, tracklists, and sales materials.
Stock Order Management: Manage new release stock order status and track updates in a central database.
Catalog Reorders: Oversee catalog reorders for manufacturing and label-supplied PO requests, ensuring timely asset collection, order placement, and shipment tracking.
Label Product Orders: Handle label product orders, coordinating with the supply chain for delivery and monitoring shipment status.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in physical supply chain operations (preferred but not required). 1-3 years of experience in the music industry (preferred).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airtable.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
