Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist our clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. Responsibilities: • Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities • Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk • Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals • Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations • Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety • Our next coach will be a people person, outgoing, upbeat, positive, motivating, and passionate about helping people, and must be looking for a long-term position with us since we are looking to continue building an empire with you that will transform countless lives • Our next coach will not only have superior technical coaching abilities and the ability to train privately and in groups but will have the skills to get to know clients, what motivates them, and understand the deeper reasons behind why they train because, in reality, we are in the people business. We will put a ton of time and work into you and we expect the same Qualifications: • Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members • A current personal training certification from an accredited organization. Preferably NASM, CPR, First Aid, and AED • Experience with Frequent Fitness Evaluations • Ability to Demonstrate Proper Detailed Exercise Instruction and experience in working with all types of individuals to ensure all workout movements are appropriate for each client's physical capabilities and revising this based on clients' progress toward their goals with attention to detail to reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good form for all movements • Maintain all gym policies, standards, and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while training • Possess a high standard of honesty, ethics, and integrity, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and high energy • Willingness to start in a part-time position and ultimately, if it is a good fit, we are looking for a full-time coach BONUS QUALIFICATIONS • Previous personal training experience (fitness studio, health club, in-home trainer, etc.) • Basic nutrition knowledge or nutrition coaching certificate • Kinesiology/Exercise Science Degree About Company: We are dedicated to helping men and women achieve their health and fitness goals through customized nutrition and fitness programs through a casual, fun environment, cutting-edge program design for movement, fitness, nutrition, and a lot of support and accountability, and you will have the opportunity to learn the inner workings of a successful personal training studio.
