Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a solid financial background to manage the accounting needs for several businesses, investments, and more. As a Personal Accountant & Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial records and helping prepare for the quarterly tax season. The ideal candidate will be skilled in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and expense allocation across various entities, all while adhering to US GAAP and accrual standards.

Our businesses are structured as LLCs and C-Corporations in Nevada, Wyoming, and Delaware. We use a variety of modern tools to streamline our operations, including Mercury, Brex, Arc, Ramp, and QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
Conduct weekly and monthly financial close processes.
Prepare detailed and accurate financial statements.
Allocate expenses appropriately across different entities.
Tax Preparation

Organize and prepare books and statements ahead of the quarterly tax season.
Stay informed of tax regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in filings.
Qualifications

Technical Skills

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CPA.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
In-depth knowledge of tax codes and regulations.
Experience with financial forecasting and risk analysis.
Soft Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
