Parts Manager – Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Location: Rockbridge, Ohio

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for organization and exceptional customer service? Don Wood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team and lead the operations of our Parts Department.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring an efficient, organized, and customer-focused environment.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure the right parts are in stock without overages, including ordering, receiving, and returns.
• Train, mentor, and motivate parts team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, profit margins, and inventory turnover.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive parts management, preferably at a dealership.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with dealership software systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
