What You’ll Be Doing: Running the Honda Parts Department for Indiana’s Giant through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and active inventory management. About Us: In 2017, Brad Hubler purchased the Honda franchise in Columbus. Over the last 7 years, we have assembled a team that has turned it into a very customer-centric establishment, achieving excellent customer satisfaction and a high employee retention rate. We have had a dramatic increase in all departments and need an experienced parts manager to help manage our current team and to help our service department keep up with its' continued extreme growth. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Manage Parts Inventory daily
  • Manage Parts Dept Employees & delivery service
  • Interview and make new hires within the Parts Dept
  • Prioritize urgent parts
  • Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
  • Spend quality time building relationships with direct parts customers & wholesale accounts
Requirements:
  • Technical automotive knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Dealership experience
