This role is seasonal with an expected start date in January 2025 and end date of April or early May 2025,

Lawn Doctor is looking for a self driven and reliable individual to join our team as a part time Field Marketer to assist ownership with neighborhood marketing.  Our Field Marketers enjoy a flexible schedule in which they place door hanger advertisements in neighborhoods of desirable clients.  After each  neighborhood is completed, the Filed Marketers locate desirable locations outside the neighborhoods to place larger lawn signs.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to collect and distribute advertisements, and a good attendance record. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing with ownership on field advertising (door hangers & lawn signs) placement for maximum visibility of the brand
  • Driving to desirable neighborhoods and distributing door hanger advertisements (no door knocking)
  • Placing larger lawn sign advertisements outside of desirable neighborhoods to enhance visibility 
  • Using company marketing materials and props such as a mascot uniform to promote a fun atmosphere to the market
  • Document and track where advertisement placements occurred and discuss with management where they are effective or other locations that they could be
  • Developing a basic knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers or prospects may have

We offer a competitive part time (4-5 hour shift) $15/hr wage, flexible hours, daily car & technology allowance, free branded uniform, and an environment where out of the box thinking is cherished.  Some evening and weekend hours may be required and can be adjusted around other responsibilities the candidate is committed to.  A candidate that excels in this entry level role can be considered for additional roles that may be available after this seasonal role is completed.

 

 

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
