Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple QuickBooks files by entering transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile accounts such as bank, credit card, and line of credit in QuickBooks.
Audit vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements.
Collect necessary documentation to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
Provide consistent support and helpful reminders to help small businesses achieve their financial goals.
Requirements:

Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
QuickBooks Online certification.
Experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for different companies.
Strong typing skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent written communication skills, including correspondence writing and editing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Expected Hours:

Starting at 15 hours per week with the potential for growth in hours.
Compensation:

$22 per hour.
