Job Description
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Oral Health Evaluator. In consultation with OHP, the Oral Health Evaluator will lead the development and implementation of the evaluation plan and process for Proposition 56 grant activities. The Oral Health Evaluator will focus on the evaluation process and will assist in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the overall effectiveness of the Grant Work Plan activities. The use of this evaluation data will assist OHP toward improvement and increased accountability. The Oral Health Evaluator will also the lead a survey for the program, taking responsibility for overseeing the project. The Oral Health Evaluator may be asked to participate at meetings, conferences, and/or trainings, in-person or virtually.
The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 12/31/25 with potential renewal.
Pay Rate-$50/hr, Part-time
Location : 100% Remote
Minimum Qualifications: - A Masters degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in epidemiology or its equivalent -AND- three years of experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating epidemiologic studies and field investigations;
- Five years of experience working with a public health program or a non-profit program;
- Experience working on grant-funded projects and biostatistics;
and - Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Windows-based programs, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Desirable Qualifications: - Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and follow-through;
- Experience with project management a plus;
- Experience working in public health, government agency, or nonprofit organization.
