Operations Manager (Law Firm Experience Required) San Francisco, CA

Talent Mingle is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in managing operations specifically within a law firm setting. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the law firm, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage operational policies, procedures, and workflows that promote organizational efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure operational objectives are aligned with the firm's goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for operational business units.
• Oversee human resources functions including staffing, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Implement strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding operational inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite products
• 5+ years of related experience in an operations/facilities position within a law firm
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of legal operations, including budgeting and finance, human resources, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
