Job Description: ComForCare Home Care is a franchise of premier in-home care providers. We take time to understand the needs of our clients and work diligently to keep them safe at home. As an Operations Manager at ComForCare, you will help us solidify our relationships in the community and create additional pipelines of referrals that drive new business, supervise operational teams, implement workflow systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain confidentiality within a home care agency environment.

What We Are Looking For: - High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in staffing and operations or related field
- Self-driven and self-disciplined, determined to independently drive results
- Marketing experience in a health care setting strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with referral sources, clients, clients’ families and team members
- Knowledge of social media, SEO, etc. strongly considered.
What You Will Be Doing: - Ensuring client service requests are fulfilled according to the Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan and client preferences
- Providing direction and supervision to a team including schedulers, recruiters, care coordinators
- Process billing/payroll
- Implementing and monitoring workflow systems and control mechanisms
- Ensuring job performance complies with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Participating in agency quality improvement activities and attending required meetings and educational programs
- Visits to potential referral sources on a weekly basis
- Develop, establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with major referral sources, (e.g., Social Workers, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Hospitals, Assistant Living Facilities, Admission Coordinators, Senior Communities, Rehab Centers, Hospice and other Health care Provider Professionals)
- Provide referral sources with information about ComForCare in a manner that will encourage referrals
- Conduct research on new and untapped referral sources
- Conduct sofa visits to educate potential clients and families on home care services in a way that will encourage new client to sign on
- Conduct large group and one-on-one presentations on various topics as necessary. These presentations may be directed to referral sources
- Be available during non-traditional hours as needed to manage and grow the business
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
