Job Description

1. German nationality or permanent residence in Germany. & proficiency in oral and written communication in Chinese and German.
2. Bachelor degree or above, with rich experience in comprehensive management of operation management, familiar with local laws and regulations on labor, finance and taxation, compliance and operation.
3. Have good communication and leadership skills, have strong team management experience.
4. Has good business ethics and professional ethics, understanding the development of the company.
5. Good experience in the industry of tools or OPE is preferred.
6. Living nearby Dusseldorf is preferred.
7. At least four days per week in the office 1、Participate in the development of the product marketing strategic planning & annual plan.

1. Formulated and implemented the annual financial budget according to the annual Target. Responsible for daily financial management, strengthen cost control, and monitor budget execution.
2. According to the annual target, develop and implement the annual operation plan. And analyze and report operational data.
3. Responsible for the company's business process and system management, business support, compliance management, human resource management, administrative management, etc., and put forward optimization and adjustment suggestions.
