Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in English: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students.
Bachelor's degree or higher: A degree in any field is required.
At least 1 year of online teaching experience: Experience in online teaching, particularly in a one-on-one setting, is highly preferred.
Teaching certification: A 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is required.
Technology requirements: A desktop or laptop with at least an Intel i5 (10th gen) processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows 10 or higher.
Reliable internet: A stable wired internet connection to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
