Job Description

A small, well-established metal finishing company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. No prior experience with their platform is necessary—they’ll train you! They want someone who will grow with them.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle general office tasks like answering phones and keeping things organized.
  
• Enter purchase orders with accuracy (training provided).
  
• Assist with billing and documentation.
  
• Work with shipping and receiving to ensure smooth operations.
  

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
  
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  
• Professional communication and a team-player mindset.
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Office a plus).
  

Pay is $16 - 19 an hour
Schedule & Growth:

• Monday–Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
