Job Description

NANA Healthcare Management LLC is excited to announce the opening of two new facilities. Pay Rate: Starting at $100,000, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Our two newest facilities are located in Dunwoody, Georgia

What we are looking for in a Nursing Home Administrator:
NANA Healthcare Management LLC is seeking highly skilled, Certified or Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our new long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a safe, caring, and efficient environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Administrator:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the facility to ensure a high standard of care and safety for residents
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Manage and support staff, providing leadership and opportunities for professional development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents' families to ensure open communication and resident satisfaction
  • Create and oversee performance improvement initiatives and ensure that quality care standards are met
  • Supervise financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure a continuum of care for residents
  • Resolve resident grievances and address barriers to effective care
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare standards such as JCAHO

Minimum Qualifications for a Nursing Home Administrator:

  • Active Certified (Licensed) Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in long-term care administration
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes
  • Proven experience in managing facility operations and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and be accessible to the facility after hours, if needed
