Mental Health Therapist ( MSW, LGSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT)(Contract Position)

A Mental Health Therapist is needed in Onamia, MN.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Onamia, MN. Onamia is a small town known for its proximity to Mille Lacs Lake, one of Minnesota's largest and most popular lakes for fishing, boating, and outdoor recreation. This provider focuses on comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services for individuals of all ages, including therapy, medication management, and co-occurring care. With multiple Minnesota locations and statewide telehealth options, it focuses on personalized treatment plans to support long-term recovery and wellness.

Salary and Benefits

• $75,000 to $95,000.
• Major Medical, Dental, Vision
• Earned sick and safe time
• 29 paid holidays
• Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

• Work with families, individuals of all ages, and diverse behavioral health issues, fostering emotional well-being, improving communication, and addressing challenges such as mental health conditions, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
• 3 days in person in Onamia MN, 2 days remote (Non-negotiable)
• Starts Jan 2nd, through Dec. 31st, with high likelihood of renewal
• This position is a contract position working directly with the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. The position will be an employee of the client but will be focusing their entire time on working directly with the Band.

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in Minnesota: MSW, LGSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT
• Minimum one year experience
• New graduates will be considered
