Description of the role: The Motorsports Parts Manager for Jay Hatfield Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the parts department of our motorsports division. This role requires a deep understanding of motorsports vehicles and parts, as well as excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of motorsports parts, ensuring all necessary parts are available for sales and service
• Supervise and train parts department staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding service to customers
• Work closely with customers to help them find the right parts for their motorsports vehicles
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure effective communication and efficient operations
• Stay up-to-date on new motorsports parts and industry trends
• Manage the parts department budget, including ordering and tracking parts, and ensuring profitability
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a motorsports parts department
• Excellent knowledge of motorsports vehicles and parts
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Good computer skills and familiarity with parts inventory management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
