Anchour is seeking a Motion Designer to create high-impact, animated digital ads for paid social and connected TV (CTV). In this role, you'll bring creative concepts to life through motion graphics, driving engagement and performance for a range of brands.

We're looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of motion, marketing, and performance-driven creative—someone who understands how to craft compelling motion-based ads that not only look great but also convert.

What You'll Do

• Design High-Impact Animated Ads: Create motion-based Meta ads and CTV video spots that drive engagement and conversions.
• Bring Static Concepts to Life: Animate existing assets, typography, and graphics into compelling, eye-catching ads.
• Optimize for Performance: Adapt creative based on campaign insights, testing different motion styles to improve results.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to develop ads aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Stay Platform-Savvy: Ensure animations follow best practices for Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV placements.
• Push Creative Boundaries: Experiment with new animation techniques, visual effects, and motion trends to enhance ad effectiveness.
• Work Within Fast Turnaround Times: Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering polished animations under tight deadlines.

What We'd Like To See

• Proven Motion Expertise: 3+ years of experience in motion design, preferably creating ads for paid social or digital campaigns.
• After Effects Mastery: Deep proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Figma & CapCut Familiarity: Experience working in Figma for ad layouts and using CapCut for quick-turn motion edits.
• Performance-Driven Mentality: Ability to design motion assets with engagement, conversion, and audience impact in mind.
• Creative Storytelling: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and dynamic movement to make ads feel exciting and polished.
• Cross-Platform Awareness: Understanding of different aspect ratios, ad formats, and best practices for Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV.
• Portfolio of Standout Work: A strong body of motion-based ad designs that demonstrate high-quality animation and effectiveness.
