We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for various purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong financial sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities: 

• Originate and process loan applications from start to finish 

• Evaluate client financial information and determine loan eligibility 

• Provide guidance and advise clients on loan options and terms 

• Collaborate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals to ensure timely loan processing 

• Stay up to date on current lending regulations and industry trends 

• Build and manage relationships with clients, real estate agents, and centers of influence 

• Create and maintain an active pipeline of quality clients 

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role 

• Strong knowledge of loan origination, mortgage servicing, and loan processing 

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients 

• Solid understanding of basic math principles and financial calculations 

• Proficient in using 10 key typing for accurate data entry 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
