**Compensation:**
$225,000 - $250,000 yearly

**Responsibilities:**

**Lead Management and Conversion:**
- Efficiently handle live inbound leads to expand your client base.
- Strategically nurture leads to convert prospects into loyal clients through excellent service and follow-up.

**Rate Shopping and Negotiation:**
- Shop for competitive mortgage rates and terms across a wide network of lenders to deliver tailored solutions for each client.
- Leverage expertise to negotiate optimal terms, balancing client needs with lender requirements.

**Client Consultation and Education:**
- Guide clients through mortgage options, explaining various loan products, funding sources, and their suitability for specific situations.
- Educate clients on the homebuying or refinancing process and lending guidelines, empowering them to make confident financial decisions.

**Application Management:**
- Submit complete and accurate application files to lenders on behalf of homeowners, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and organized.
- Monitor the loan process to ensure timely progress and resolution of potential challenges.

**Industry Expertise and Compliance:**
- Stay updated with the latest mortgage industry trends, regulatory changes, and lending rate sheets.
- Ensure all activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

**Relationship Building:**
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other industry professionals to generate ongoing business opportunities.
- Cultivate lasting connections with mortgage lenders and banking partners to expand lending options.

**Process Coordination:**
- Collaborate with mortgage professionals such as processors, account executives (AEs), and realtors to ensure smooth workflow and timely closings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and other stakeholders to address questions and resolve issues throughout the process.

**Client Experience and Follow-Up:**
- Provide personalized service and support to ensure each client feels valued and informed.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients post-closing to build long-term relationships and gather feedback.

**Problem-Solving:**
- Identify and overcome obstacles in the loan process, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking to deliver solutions that benefit clients.

**Sales and Growth Mindset:**
- Proactively seek new opportunities to expand your client base, leveraging marketing tools, networking events, and community involvement.
- Contribute to our growth by meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals.

**Technology Utilization:**
- Utilize company-provided CRM tools, online applications, and other technology to manage leads, track loan progress, and communicate effectively with clients and partners.

**Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with our Client Care Team to ensure clients receive timely updates and exceptional support.
- Share insights and strategies with team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

**Qualifications:**
- Up-to-date NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker license or certification is required.
- Strong understanding of loan products and the loan process from origination to close.
- Exceptional communication, time-management, and analytical skills, and independently resourceful.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office and loan origination software.
