**Overview**
BroadPath is hiring **Member Support Advocates** to work from home! The remote Member Support Advocate assists Health Plan Members by responding to inbound, outbound, and chat inquiries accurately and resolving issues in a consistent manner through an efficient, empathetic, positive, and customer-focused approach.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle inbound, outbound and chat interactions with members and providers.
+ Assist members, providers, and insurance agents with healthcare benefits and options using web systems
+ Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by maintaining a resolution-focused mindset, identifying problems, and proactively producing results
+ Provide support for navigating online web systems and troubleshooting technical issues
+ Effectively multitask while maintaining excellent attention to detail
+ Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
+ Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with members and providers by offering exceptional support
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment
+ Minimum 1 year of healthcare-related experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating various software and systems
+ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer satisfaction
+ Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent
