We are setting the standard that will continue to transform and revolutionize the EV fast charging industry and commercial energy storage The Tooling, Process & Training team is responsible for developing the hardware and processes used during service & commissioning. This skilled and motivated individual will keep pushing this evolving energy industry forward by collaborating with engineers, testing new tools and processes, and documenting feedback regarding safety, ease of use, success rate. What You'll Do Own the testing and scaling of new and production tools in the field, collecting and analyzing performance feedbackConduct time studies for field actions, carefully documenting the duration of each stepDevelop and optimize new service processesCollaborate and communicate with project stakeholders across program management, field support, customers, EHS, technical publications, service engineering, product design, etc.Fabricate service tool prototypes from technical drawings
What You'll Bring Strong mechanical/electrical service knowledge, preferably in renewable energy or EV chargingKnowledge of CAD, Solidworks or Catia preferredA hands-on tinkerer, modifier, and makerPassionate about process improvement and innovationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to travel to various sites, including commissioning, vendor, containment/service, and Giga factories, 30-50% of the time

Expected Compensation
$92,720 - $206,520/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
