Your New Role

As a Mechanical Estimator in Owings Mills, MD , you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing take-offs and gathering all necessary materials to create accurate mechanical estimates.
• Calculating costs and preparing bids for commercial and new construction projects.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
• Utilizing computers and estimating software to streamline the bidding process.
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of cost estimation.
