The primary function of this position is to create awareness and promote the brand position of the CNH Industrial Reman family of products with the CNH Industrial dealer base. The successful candidate will work directly with the Director of Sales and Marketing, CNH Industrial Reman Product Managers, RTC and the marketing team at CNH Industrial to create and develop marketing programs, promotions, training events and various media vehicles to expand the CNH Industrial Reman market.

- SG&A Marketing Budget of ($1M+)
- Exceed yearly sales quota and further the sales growth of CNH Industrial Reman products
- Data analysis, VOC analysis, and market analysis to assure precise marketing delivery
- Monitor and assess marketing campaigns, promotions and field staff incentive programs for market effectiveness
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing of products through available channels of communication to both wholesale and retail customers. Marketing activities include the creation and participation in quarterly order writing programs; linkage to retail advertising; creation/development of point of purchase materials, retail ad slicks, electronic communication, website and social media content and maintenance; participation in company sponsored publications; target marketing; photography; and ties to CNH Capital programs. Manage all activities to allocated SG&A budget.
- Provide necessary analysis to management on performance, competitive activities, industry directions and dealer/customer requirements with regard to reman products. Make recommendations for product expansions or deletions based upon analysis within the market.
- Create and support dealer field training programs and parts information /application reference materials to ensure product success in the market.
- Create / Support / Monitor Targeted Action Programs involving CNH Industrial and CNH Industrial Reman personnel working together in teams to change dealer behavior and impact sales volume and revenue.
- Participation in strategic marketing planning for the growth of parts sales through the CNH dealer organization.
- Meet and exceed sales goal for CNH Industrial Reman.
- Develop programs and promotions to stimulate dealer interest in CNH Industrial Reman products and pull dealer purchases from other Non-Branded suppliers.
- Support CNH Industrial Dealer Trade Shows, Farm Shows, Training Clinics and any marketing opportunities to further the growth of the business.
- Strategize and develop with Director of Sales and Marketing, CNH Industrial Reman Product Managers, RTC Specialists, CNH Industrial Parts and Service personnel on marketing programs, technical writing needs and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct various media production and PowerPoint projects for CNH Industrial Reman product.

Requirements : - The position requires a college degree and 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in the Parts & Service arena.
- The candidate must have managerial experience, a technical aptitude, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize a vast amount of material for successful implementation of time critical programs.
- Candidate should have a marketing, parts and/or sales background with strong financial / analytical abilities.
- Must be able to utilize CNH Industrial Systems (and industry sources) to analyze price, sales volume histories, and gross margin impacts for proposed actions.
- Must have excellent communication skills,and be able to successfully execute projects within a difficult time frame.
- Must be able to work within a matrix environment to successfully represent a line of products. The demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of dealers, customers and company employees is critical.
