  We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to assist with marketing initiatives across all MB Corporation companies. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation and is eager to gain real-world experience in a multi-industry business environment.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support various marketing efforts, including social media management, campaign development, content creation, website updates, and market research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for all brands, including real estate, property management, cleaning services, financial services, and restaurants.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to each company’s audience and industry.
  • Content Creation: Design marketing materials (graphics, presentations, flyers) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Website Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating websites to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with each brand’s voice.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and audience preferences across the different sectors.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of social media posts and marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Administrative Support: Help with organizing marketing assets, maintaining content calendars, and supporting day-to-day marketing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in working across diverse industries such as real estate, financial services, hospitality, and cleaning services.
  • Experience with website design tools (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) is a bonus.
