About the Role:

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps our shipments moving smoothly. You'll coordinate transportation, manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Your negotiation skills will come in handy as you build strong relationships with vendors and partners. What You'll Do:

Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels.
Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
Arrange special shipping as needed.
Track and resolve shipping errors.
Prepare bills and invoices.
Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Ensure the quality of all services meets required standards.
Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization.
Monitor ocean and air department operations.
Ensure daily import operations are performed according to client standards and instructions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, service providers, and partners (shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, etc.).
What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in logistics (preferred).
Knowledge of cargo management systems (highly desirable).
Experience in ocean import/export and air import/export (a plus).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional customer service and client relations skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Self-driven and detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience).
Comprehensive Benefits: 401(k) with matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
Stable Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break).
