**DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, vendor relationships, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, import/export, and hazmat shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors, customers, and logistics companies for shipment coordination
• Issue purchase orders and track raw materials to ensure on-time deliveries
• Enter vendor invoices into the ERP system
• Provide necessary logistics documentation for accounting
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange export bookings
• Coordinate with forwarding and trucking companies for import/export clearances
• Maintain customer and vendor satisfaction through proactive communication
• Assist in audits and support staff during absences
• Maintain office supplies and refreshments
• Perform additional duties as required by management

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Familiarity with import/export and hazmat shipping regulations (Hazmat training required if not certified)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
