Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled LLM Computer Science Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) that will drive insights, automate processes, and support trading strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Build and implement machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs, tailored to specific business needs.
• Model Optimization: Improve LLM architectures to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency through techniques such as compression, quantization, and distributed training.
• Data Analysis: Develop algorithms and systems to process and analyze unstructured data, extracting meaningful insights and generating actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration: Partner with trading and analytics teams to integrate AI models into workflows, enhancing strategies for market analysis, risk assessment, and process automation.
• Automation: Create systems to automate repetitive tasks, streamline data workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, exploring and implementing cutting-edge techniques to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• LLM Expertise: Strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Large Language Models (e.g., GPT models).
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with embedding techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and distributed training approaches.
• AWS Services: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS for model deployment.
• AI/ML Projects: Proven track record of completed projects in the AI/ML space.
