Are you passionate about helping others achieve their full potential? Our growing organization in Houston, United States, is seeking a dedicated Life Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to help them identify, pursue, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their current situation, aspirations, and challenges
• Develop personalized action plans and strategies to help clients overcome obstacles and reach their goals
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to ensure clients stay on track
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as goal-setting, time management, and personal development
• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., career counselors, therapists) to provide comprehensive support to clients
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in personal development and success strategies
• Assist employees and customers with benefits administration and guidance.
• Use agile method to conduct planning with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Life Coach Certification from a recognized organization preferred (e.g., International Coach Federation, Board Certified Coach)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in life coaching, career counseling, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, demonstrating empathy and support
• Proven track record of helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals
• Expertise in goal-setting, action planning, and time management techniques
• High level of emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of personal development theories and practices
• Familiarity with career development strategies and current job market trends
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to overcome challenges and pursue their aspirations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using coaching-related software and tools
