Adelphi Staffing is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to work as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician Crisis Service Provider (MHRT/CSP) at a public safety facility located in Lincoln, ME.

Requirements: 

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Active ME License 
• Relevant crisis intervention training 
• Training in the provision of liaison services related to mental health

Responsibilities: 

• Accompany first responding officers to mental health calls.
• Provide connections to community services and providers to address ongoing mental health needs.
• Provide follow-up services after law enforcement involvement.
• Facilitate or support incident de-briefing as required. 
• Maintain documentation related to program usage and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services including crisis assessment, disposition, and short-term follow-up crisis counseling.
• Participate in ongoing annual training, cross-training, and professional development programs.
• Deliver training and mentoring to the employees of the Department on mental health.
• Collaborate with contracted wellness provider officers to promote the physical and mental well-being of personnel.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of managed healthcare and insurance systems.
• Any other duties as assigned.
