Overview:
As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering nurturing, patient-centered care. This position calls for a blend of clinical skills and genuine compassion. You'll be an essential part of our healthcare family, working alongside dedicated professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients with empathy and understanding
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
• Administer medications and treatments with care and attention
• Monitor and document patient conditions with a caring approach
• Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members
• Create a warm and comforting environment for patients

Requirements
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• A genuinely caring and empathetic approach to patient care

Salary range: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
