PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be prepared for every appointment; start and end on time
• Greet and assist each client courteously
• Professionally treat clients needs
• Keep work areas clean and stocked
• Promote cross treatments and specials
• Strive to create loyal customers and encourage booking future appointments
• Offer parting wishes, educations, and recommendations to all clients
• Communicate frequently with staff, and monitor changes in schedule
• Coordinate with other wellness collective team members to effectively deliver a great premium experience
• Participate in corporate events to promote wellness services (i.e. chair massages, conventions, etc.)
• Usual housekeeping

Job Types: 1 or 2 Part-time, Commission, Contractor

Hours may include: Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-2pm, Thursday (e.o. 9-2/2-7pm) , e.o. Saturday 2-7pm, Sunday 10-3p

• Competitive pay $30 - $60/hr (including gratuity)
• No mandatory upselling or scripting, so you can focus on your craft and the needs of your guest
• Health benefit subsidy for Full-Time (employees averaging 25 hrs per week per quarter)
• IRA with up to 1% match once qualified (includes both Part-Time and Full-Time employees)
