**Position Description:**

We are seeking an experienced full-time Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our team. This remote position is designed to support an attorney with a high-volume case load, perform complex legal assistant and secretary tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. **Duties and Responsibilities:**

The Legal Assistant/Secretary will assist with a full range of creditors' bankruptcy and collections litigation, as well as real estate work. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creating, preparing, and revising documents and correspondence
- Handling administrative and court filings
- Performing electronic transcription

**Requirements/Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2+ years of recent legal assistant/secretary experience in a mid- to large-size law firm
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision
