About the Role:

We are excited to invite a Lead React.js Developer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions. You will play a vital role in shaping the front-end architecture while mentoring a talented team of developers. Your contributions will directly enhance the user experience of our cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of front-end components using React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Collaborate with design and back-end teams to translate wireframes and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
Ensure the front-end is highly responsive and resilient, providing users with an exceptional experience across web and mobile platforms.
Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring deliverables meet our high standards.
Contribute to the evaluation and integration of industry standards, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
Document software designs and participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
Take ownership of your work, be accountable for decisions and outcomes, and foster a collaborative environment.
Support the migration of legacy code to modern frameworks (React/TypeScript), ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:

6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ years focused on React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Proven experience in migrating legacy front-end code to modern tech stacks (React/TypeScript).
Ability to design and implement reusable components with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, and a passion for delivering a seamless user experience.
Experience working in agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in government or highly regulated industries is a plus, but not required.
