SHIFT 6:45A-5P, OT as needed
TEMP TO PERM AT 520 HOURS.

Lead Installation Technician/Overhead Door Installer
Company is located in Arlington Tx, Job description is as followed: Please Read the Following:

This is a Temp to Hire position! We want a candidate that has a drive to advance their career, & stay with the company long term.

1. Must be reliable and ready to work, Good Attendance and Punctuality is a MUST!
2. One year of experience as a lead supervising in the field is required.
3. Ability to work with a helper and give direction.
4. Ability to train a helper
5. A full set of tools. (required)
6. Drivers License is required.
7. Ability to work in tight areas and on a 16 ft ladder or 30 ft scissor lift.
8. Must be able to lift heavy items - up to 75 pounds.
9. Ability to troubleshoot basic openings for garage doors and understand how to modify the opening to make the garage door fit.
10. Sense of urgency and a good work ethic.
11. Ability to work with others.
12. Ability to work overtime and weekends is required.
13. Day starts at 6:55 and ends around 5:00 PM
14. Must have Steel Toe Shoes required
15. Work in all types of weather conditions.
16. Basic tool/construction knowledge.
17. Field Technicians must be ok with traveling out of town with company to job sites room/ board will be paid for when traveling for work.

Benefits after transitioned to company payroll:

1. The company will pay 50% of the employees basic health insurance.
2. Year end bonus based on length of employment.
3. Vacation after one year, 40 hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour Depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
