In this position, you will:

• Manage deal processes from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among all parties.
• Build and maintain direct client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor on complex corporate matters.

Experience and Expertise

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2017 to 2020 with substantial experience in M&A transactions and private equity matters.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the California Bar.
