OPEN ROLE
- We are looking for coaches with an athletic, fitness or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old.
- KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team
- Ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind KidStrong curriculum and have strong public speaking skills
- Our classes run afternoons/evenings from 3:30- 7:30pm
- Weekends we start at 830AM and run through 2pm
- Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on center needs.
- Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through Academy & Private Classes
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT, teacher or personal trainer is a plus, but not required!
Job Qualifications - Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
- Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 35 pounds in weight.
- Must be comfortable working "hands-on" with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety.
- Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm, professional and coachable- receives feedback well and strives to improve each day.
- Self-starter who just gets a job done

- CPR & First Aid certified
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
