Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate contract opportunity for a Junior Scrum Master to join our team in Philadelphia, PA . The ideal candidate will facilitate the adoption of the Scrum framework and ensure Agile best practices are followed, supporting the team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently.

Job Title: Junior Scrum Master
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Support the product owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Identify and remove any impediments to the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Track team progress using Agile tools and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, sprint velocity).
• Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master preferred, but fresher candidates with strong Scrum knowledge will also be considered.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
