We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our Industrial Technology team. As a key member of our firm you will work closely with senior bankers and clients to execute financial transactions and provide analytical support for mergers acquisitions and capital raising activities within the industrial technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis including company valuation financial modeling and industry research.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations pitch materials and transactionrelated documents.
• Support due diligence processes and coordination with legal tax and regulatory teams.
• Monitor industry trends market developments and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop transaction strategies and execute deals effectively.
• Maintain and update financial models and databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
• Prior internship or work experience in investment banking corporate finance or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial technology sector trends and dynamics is a plus.
