Job Overview: We are seeking a Jr. Consultant to join ProUnitas Inc.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our partnerships with school districts by working dynamically with other Consultants on the team to design and implement recommendations that are in service to our Ecosystem Framework. Relationship building and living in the gray are core to success in this role.

Reporting Structure: The position reports to the Chief District Success Officer.
Responsibilities: - Design experiments that move districts towards a national ideal of student supports
- Provide the roadmap for district leaders to understand, implement, and sustain recommendations of best practices for student support departments
- Build lasting relationships with district leaders in service to the longevity of the partnership between district and ProUnitas
- Support school district leaders and their teams in the proper and full use of PurpleSENSE
- Analyze data from reports pulled from PurpleSENSE to inform recommendations made and ensure platform is used with fidelity
Role Details: - Design experiments that move districts towards a national ideal of student supports for students.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within district operations and vision related to student support.
- Develop context-rich recommendations aimed at addressing identified gaps and opportunities.
- Make independent, thoughtful decisions considering trade offs while centering our mission.
- Fearlessly test hypotheses and employ creative problem-solving techniques in collaboration with team members and district partners.
- Provide the roadmap for district leaders to adopt recommendations of best practices for student support departments.
- Help district leaders to understand, implement, and sustain recommendations for best practices in student support departments.
- Serve as a consultant, advocating for recommendations even if they are initially unpopular.
- Address sensitive issues that require attention and resolution within the district, “raising the heat” and fostering action.
- Build lasting relationships with district leaders in service to the longevity of the partnership between district and ProUnitas. This may include supporting district leaders as humans and not always in the context of the role.
- Establish genuine partnerships with district leaders, learning about their unique contexts and challenges.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with district leaders, ensuring resilience in the face of conflicts or challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, navigating stormy waters and fostering collaboration towards shared goals.
- Support School District Leaders and their teams in the proper and full use of PurpleSENSE o Empower district leadership to provide guidance for their teams to ensure the full utilization of PurpleSENSE's capabilities.
- Address user errors alongside our Operations team promptly and effectively, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with ProUnitas’s Product Team to solution ideas that benefit the whole ecosystem.
- Analyze data from reports pulled from PurpleSENSE to inform recommendations made o Utilize data-driven insights to inform and refine recommendations for improving student support systems within districts.
Location: The job will be in the office for the first 6 months and then transition to 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.

Pay Range: 65K-72K with opportunities beyond this pay scale once promoted to Consultant and Senior Consultant.
Projected Start Date: April 1, 2025
