We’re seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with a warm, outgoing personality and a passion for learning. No experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you shine.
What You’ll Do :
Welcome patients with kindness, manage the waiting room, and coordinate care for a seamless experience.
Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments using our clinic software.
Handle patient balances, collect co-pays, and verify insurance.
Explain office policies clearly and compassionately.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with a smile.
Who We’re Looking For :

Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills, with a knack for customer service.
Tech-Comfortable: Familiarity with computers is helpful (we’ll teach you our scheduling software).
Health-Curious: You’re interested in health and wellness, aligning with our mission.
Extra Awesome: Fluency in Spanish, Ukrainian/Russian, Arabic, or Punjabi is a big plus, reflecting our diverse community. Credentials like MAA or MA are also welcome but not required.
