• Contract Duration: 12-months
• Worksite Location:  Wyoming, MN
• Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

What you’ll do as an Inventory Project Assistant:

• Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Manage data entry and inventory tracking through internal software systems
• Create and process vehicle ship requests and post vehicle sales
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, luncheons, dinners, and events, both on- and off-site
• Greet and assist visitors and callers professionally and direct them as needed
• Arrange business travel and maintain office calendars and scheduling
• Support event planning and ride coordination
• Perform additional administrative assignments as needed

What you’ll bring to the Inventory Project Assistant role:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain professional under pressure
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced office environment
