**Program responsibilities Include:**
+ Shared Mailbox Management and Value Add Invoice Processing with CSA Team
+ Monday.com projects
+ Projects as determined by EB Management for Service Team and Producers
+ Job shadowing and supporting EB Teams through client lifecycle timeline and deliverables
+ Observe client facing meetings (virtual and in-person)
+ Observe/job shadow Producers on new business and other growth opportunities
* _The expected hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
