Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent. We have an opportunity for a results-oriented Interior Design Project Manager professional who is driven by excellence in design and a desire to provide the best customer experience.

ROLE SUMMARY

Manage the day to day of Kitchen and Bathroom projects. Act as the face of Renolax to clients, work with clients for design as well as additional sales. Ensure projects are executed from initiation to final completion within Renolax timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Kitchen and Bathroom projects
• Project Design and upgrades
• Kitchen and bathroom Renovators support
• Change Order Creation
• Mandatory Site Visits (Fast Field Check-List)
• Ongoing Report Due every Monday
• RFPO
• Collect 5 star reviews from clients
• Present, promote and sell The Renolax solution for residential renovations 
• Conduct a Technical Walkthrough (TWT) at the customer's home and a Virtual Material Selection (VMS) 
• Design, create and optimize 3D concept layouts in Sketch Up for renovation projects, based   on customer wish lists, wants and needs
• Manage and lead projects from conception to completion
• Create itemized upgrade quotes based on the designs using Renolax pricing templates.
• Conduct site visits to each project at least once a week or when required
• Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule
• Work with customers to select all interior finishes, features and accurately capture all materials on internal documents.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned  

Requirements :

3+ years Design experience

2+ years construction/ knowledge

2+ Management Experience

College or University Degree

A passion for design, interior design and/or furniture layouts

Experience with interior finish selection and upgrade sales.

Highly motivated and target driven.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Sketchup or 3D design is a mandatory requirement

Familiarity with building codes

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Compensation : 

$500 for Technical Walkthrough (TWT) & Virtual Material Selection (VMS) 

$2000 to manage entire project 

$1000 to manage an ongoing project
