What You'll Do:
Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs.
Become an Expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of our insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits.
Tailor Solutions: Assess client needs to provide personalized insurance plans.
Drive Sales: Implement strategies to expand client portfolios through cross-selling and up-selling.

What You Bring:
Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: At least three years of insurance sales or related experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving positive outcomes.
Remote Readiness: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
