What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative:

• Engage with Prospective Customers: Connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in our services through phone, email, and text to schedule in-home consultations.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Promote the benefits of our top-notch products, lifetime warranties, and customer-focused services.
• Drive Results: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals with the support of ongoing training and coaching.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Call Center roles.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Availability to work AT OUR CALL CENTER early evenings and some Saturdays
