Are you an expert in troubleshooting production machinery? As an Industrial Equipment Specialist, you'll use your technical prowess to address issues with production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs.
Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining a diverse lineup of equipment, handling everything from the structural aspects to the electrical systems, heating, and plumbing. You'll master the repair and hydraulic systems across an extensive variety of production machinery.
Additionally, you'll tackle machining or bench work to modify and repair essential tools, dies, and gauges, along with providing necessary guarding. Proactively manage equipment maintenance, perform intricate troubleshooting, and execute preventative care.
Armed with statistical process charting and trend analysis, you'll make critical adjustments to processes or equipment to meet part specifications.
Beyond this, other duties may be assigned to further enhance your expertise.
