Your role will include troubleshooting and maintenance on cutting-edge automation equipment, ensuring the seamless operation of our electrical systems.

Your Daily Challenge

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery like trim presses, extruders, formers, crystallizers, dryers, conveyors, and grinders.
• Enhancing equipment performance through innovative modifications and upgrades.
• Managing documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Upholding company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Engaging in Maintenance Connection duties regularly.
• Flexible operation in various production areas.

Who You Are

• Have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess over 3 years of experience as an automation technician in the manufacturing industry.
• Skilled in electrical systems, with knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical).
• Proficient in welding and fabrication—considered a bonus.
• Capable of effective problem-solving in electrical and mechanical setups, with a preference for PLC knowledge.
• Committed to safety with your own toolset ready for use.
• Team-oriented with effective interpersonal skills.
• Willing to accommodate overtime as needed.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is indispensable.
