JOB DETAILS 

Pay starts at $17-$19 per hour 

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

 Duties and Responsibilities 

• Perform routine and non-routine cleaning and custodial duties in an office or plant and other areas as required.
• Clean lavatories, collects and disposes of waste paper
• May vacuum, sweep, mop and wax floors and stairs
• May operate industrial cleaning equipment/machinery in performing assigned duties as required
• Recommend/Report repairs to management
• Cleaning of bodily fluids as necessary
• Must be able to read and follow label instructions on cleaning materials
• Maintain supplies in janitors closets and storage areas
• Perform assigned duties for special events
• Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork and other above-floor surfaces
• Window washing
• Perform related work as required and instructed by supervisor

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning method, materials, and equipment
• Knowledge of using the appropriate PPE
• Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength
• Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment
• Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor, lead, and fellow worker
