ICU Recovery IMCU Nurse

Description:
The ICU Recovery IMCU Nurse cares for patients who are transitioning from the ICU to a less intensive level of care. This role includes managing patients on cardiac telemetry, assisting with ventilator weaning, and administering IV medications and drips. The nurse will provide continuous assessment and support for patients recovering from critical conditions. Night shifts are required, and the nurse will handle a patient load of 1:3 (1:4 when flexed).

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with ICU or IMCU nursing experience.
• Experience in managing patients requiring ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Expertise in assessing post-ICU recovery patients and managing complications.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexibility for night shift work and on-call duties as needed.
